Q1: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

Q2: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately at support@egshort.com or call +44 208 231 8495. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.


Shipping & Delivery

Q3: Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship within the UK and to selected international destinations. Please see our Shipping Policy for rates and delivery times.

Q4: How much is shipping?

  • UK: £5.99 per order, free for orders over £50.

  • International: £15 per order, free for orders over £250.

Q5: How long does delivery take?

  • UK: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International: 7–20 business days after dispatch, depending on customs clearance.

Q6: How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.


Returns & Refunds

Q7: What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day free returns for items in their original condition. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Q8: How do I start a return?
Contact us at support@egshort.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a prepaid return label (UK customers).

Q9: When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Q10: Are your chairs pre-assembled?
Some chairs come fully assembled, while others may require minimal assembly. Details are provided in each product description.

Q11: How should I care for my chair?
Use a soft cloth for regular dusting, and avoid harsh chemicals. For fabric seating, a gentle upholstery cleaner is recommended.

Q12: Do you offer custom designs or bulk orders?
Yes, we welcome custom and bulk orders. Please email us for a quote and more information.
